My name is Jamey Prezzi, my business partner is also my husband and his name is Ognjen Prezzi.  Ognjen is not so crazy for the above picture because his eyes are closed, everyone else says it’s awesome and I look great…..  so you know the drill.

We are a husband and wife team (that’s okay you can cringe) and we work side by side as Real Estate Agents in the Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown and Midtown areas of Miami. We work with Renters, Buyers & Sellers in these areas.

There are a lot of misconceptions about what we do and our local Real Estate Market, I like “telling it like it is” and dispelling rumors, blogging is a great way for me to do both.  I say “I” because Ognjen is not really a blogger on Miami City Diggs and not because he couldn’t but because I have him doing other things I don’t like to do (but let’s just keep that between us, shall we?)

Through my blogging I hope more people get to know us and have a better understanding of how we work.  I hope that if you read our blog and connect with our point of view and like the way we do business, that in the future, if you ever have local Real Estate needs, you will consider hiring us.

You are probably not supposed to say this about yourself but I can honestly say that we are really good people.  We care deeply about our clients, their best interests and how they are treated.  We have founded our Real Estate business based on good old fashion customer service with an aggressive modern marketing edge. I am from the Carolinas and Ognjen, my husband and partner is Croatian. We moved here from the Carolinas in 2004 after deciding that we had outgrown the small town lifestyle. We craved to live in a faster paced environment. My husband fell in love with Miami Beach because it reminded him of his hometown Split, a coastal city off the Adriatic famous for its beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, culture, life and nightclubs. Miami & Miami Beach has those same items to offer as well as an amazing energy.
