My name is Jamey Prezzi, my business partner is also my husband and his name is Ognjen Prezzi.  We are a husband and wife team and we work side by side as Real Estate Agents in the neighborhoods of Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami and Midtown Miami.

We work with Renters, Buyers & Sellers in these areas.

There are a lot of misconceptions about what we do and our local Real Estate Market, I like “telling it like it is” and dispelling rumors, blogging is a great way for us to do both.

I am from the Carolinas and Ognjen, my husband and partner is Croatian. We moved here from the Carolinas in 2004 after deciding that we had outgrown the small town lifestyle. We craved to live in a faster paced environment. My husband fell in love with Miami Beach because it reminded him of his hometown Split, a coastal city off the Adriatic famous for its beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, culture, life and nightclubs. Miami & Miami Beach has those same items to offer as well as an amazing energy.
