Akoya Condo Miami Beach is a Miami Beach oceanfront condo building located at 6365 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, Florida 33141. It is one of the tallest buildings in Miami Beach standing at 48 stories high, which gives the residence unbelievable views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the City.

The picture to the right is a picture I took off of one of my client’s balconies.

The residents at the Akoya Condo Miami Beach enjoy the best amenities: tennis courts and racquetball courts, ocean front cabanas pool side.  24- hour security and 24-hour valet services, putting green, elegant two-story lobby, secure parking garage, business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, direct access to the beach.

The Akoya Miami Beach building was built in 2004 by the Merco Group from a design by architectural firm Brito Cohan and this Miami oceanfront condo offers 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms units. Most of the units feature large wrap around terraces, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, top of the line features and designer finishes, European style kitchens, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble master baths and whirlpool tubs.

Akoya Condo Miami Beach‘s location is excellent as it is located in the northern section of Miami Beach close to Bal Harbour and about 30 blocks north of the more hustling areas of South Beach.  Akoya is also neighbors of  the Bath Club Miami, Mei condo Miami and the Canyon Ranch Miami Beach.
