Latitude on the River located just off of Brickell and on the Miami River is one of my favorite buildings in the area. I like Latitude because it is in my opinion one of the best maintained, organized and “user-friendly” buildings in the Brickell area. When the building first opened it had all of the hectic organization of a new building, however the staff has always been very professional, organized and uniform. Over the last couple of years, I have seen the building the grow and become a real solid piece of real estate in the Brickell area. Reorganization of some of the services like valet, change in rules and now a new management company have transpired slowly. All around, I think Latitude has a smart team behind the building and they realize the importance of the small details that really affect the “feel” and first impressions.
Important things to know…
1. Be sure that the specific unit you are looking at comes with a parking spot and is validated for that unit; don’t assume that all units come with parking. They don’t. Not all owners bought or secured a spot with their unit. The alternative is to purchase assigned or valet parking from the building.
2. Not all units are created equal. The owners had to finish out flooring, baseboard, paint, fixtures, etc. The feel of the unit will determined by the quality of materials that they used.
