900 Biscayne Boulevard Views from Balcony

It’s view time again…..  We Miamians love our views.  This week, I am featuring the ultra luxury 900 Biscayne located in Downtown Miami900 Biscayne is Fannie Mae approved.

What makes 900 Biscayne interesting is the level of service that the building provides from the strong security upon entering the valet, the swift valet, door opener, concierge, private elevators, spa services and more.  900 Biscayne units also come with top of the line appliances and finishes.

All of the shots below are taken from the balcony of a unit I previewed with a client yesterday.

In Miami, we live for our views.  We have bay views, city views, ocean views and more.  In fact a building can essentially have two completely different real estate markets inside of it just because of the view.

I took these pictures on Saturday while showing properties at Metropolitan, a newer building that is located in Downtown Miami just on the northern tip of Brickell.  One skip and you are in Brickell.  These pictures are from the 3610 unit (& for those who aren’t into Miami Real Estate lingo with floors and numbers)….  this means that this property is located on the 36th floor.

This particular unit has a really great view.  Walking out onto the balcony you have a direct view of Biscayne Bay, Brickell Key, South Beach, the Port of Miami and Key Biscayne.

This is a shot of the southern view.  To the right is ICON Brickell on the main land of Miami, Biscayne Bay and the mouth of the Miami River.  To the left of the mainland is Brickell Key.

This is Biscayne Bay.  To the right is Brickell Key.  On the left is first the Port of Miami, directly behind that the South of Fifth area of South Beach of Miami Beach.  And kind of center lower buildings is Fisher Island.

I zoomed into take this one.  It’s the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach.  The tall orange building is Portofino Towers, right in front the lower building is the uber luxe Apogee.  The buildings on the far right are the two Continuum Towers.

ICON BRICKELL SPA

1. ICON Brickell

The complex that houses the ICON buildings contain 3 buildings total.  The first building that is located directly on Brickell Avenue is the Viceroy Hotel while the other two towers in the back are the north and south towers of the actual ICON buildings.  I rate these rentals as hot, hot, hot because of the super luxe amenities and high end finishes in the unit.  So far just based on the MLS, the one bedrooms have rented from $1700 to $3000 per month, two bedrooms have rented from $2750 to $3500 per month and one 3 bedroom rented for $3000 per month.

2.  900 Biscayne

Located in Downtown Miami just minutes from Brickell, Midtown Miami and South Beach; 900 Biscayne is definitely in the middle of it all.  I rate 900 Biscayne as sophisticated urban because of the modern feel, the really fabulous spa and the really great service from the staff.  When you enter through the valet, it the lobby has the feel (and understated) service of a high end hotel.  The units are huge and the views are …. of Downtown Miami, Brickell, Midtown Miami, the Port of Miami, South Beach and more…  basically pretty unbelievable.  So far based on the MLS the one bedrooms have rented from $1650 to $2700 per month, the two bedrooms rented from $2300 to $4200 and three bedrooms from $3200 up to $6500 per month.
