Waverly South Beach is a bay-front luxury building located at 1330 West Avenue, Miami Beach Fl 33139.  This high rise South Beach building is a 35-story property with views of Biscayne Bay, Star Island, Downtown Miami and Fisher Island.

The building was finished in 2001 with 399 units ranging in sizes 800-1384 sq ft.

The Waverly South Beach is in my opinion and from my experience a really well managed property and has a really strong condo association.  Their staff is very organized and they provide excellent services for the residents.

The amenities feature a bay front resort style pool located on Biscayne Bay, tennis courts, valet parking in a gated indoor parking garage, 24 hour security,  business center, sand volleyball court, party room, fitness room and a Feng Shui garden.

The Waverly South Beach‘s location is excellent as it is located in the heart of the residential area in South Beach.  You can walk to Starbucks, Gold’s Gym and Lincoln Road.  The property has quick and easy access to Downtown Miami, the airport and MacArthur Causeway. The building is located in the same general area as Capri South Beach, Floridian and Bentley Bay.

The Waverly South Beach is a very popular building for local South Beach residents and if you are interested in purchasing a property to rent, the rental rates in this building have held pretty well over the last few years.

Ocean Blue Miami Beach is located at 7600 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33131.  Ocean Blue Miami Beach is a newer building completed in 2004 with 104 units. Amenities include a gorgeous swimming pool and sun deck area with peaceful ocean views, 24 hour security, fitness center, party room, separate spa area.

Ocean Blue Miami Beach is great if you are seeking a more boutique style building in a little “less hectic” area of Miami Beach.  The location is excellent, it is across from the beach, just minute away from sops at the Bal Harbour, South Beach, Sunny Isles.  Ocean Blue condo Miami Beach is in the center of the historic district of North Miami Beach.

Akoya Condo Miami Beach

Akoya Condo Miami Beach is a Miami Beach oceanfront condo building located at 6365 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, Florida 33141. It is one of the tallest buildings in Miami Beach standing at 48 stories high, which gives the residence unbelievable views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the City.

The picture to the right is a picture I took off of one of my client’s balconies.

The residents at the Akoya Condo Miami Beach enjoy the best amenities: tennis courts and racquetball courts, ocean front cabanas pool side.  24- hour security and 24-hour valet services, putting green, elegant two-story lobby, secure parking garage, business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, direct access to the beach.

The Akoya Miami Beach building was built in 2004 by the Merco Group from a design by architectural firm Brito Cohan and this Miami oceanfront condo offers 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms units. Most of the units feature large wrap around terraces, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, top of the line features and designer finishes, European style kitchens, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble master baths and whirlpool tubs.

Apogee South Beach is the super luxury condominium building in the South Beach area of Miami Beach .  In terms of luxury South Beach condos,  the Apogee condos are probably considered to be the best of the best.

There are only 67 units at the Apogee condos offering 3 and 4 bedroom residences with square footage from approximately 3100 square feet to 4100 plus square feet.  Expect only the best in high end finishes in these units.   What sets Apogee South Beach a part from the rest of the buildings is the level of service.  The main lobby is reserved for only the residents and guests of residents.  There are separate service elevators for delivery personnel, air conditioned garages and “Smart Lifestyle” technology.

The units in Apogee South Beach also feature 11 foot deep balconies, summer kitchens and incredible views of South Beach, Government Cut, Fisher Island and Downtown Miami.

Murano Grande South Beach opened in 2003 and was built on the Biscayne Bay side of  Miami Beach.  It is one of the best and most popular Miami Beach luxury condos.

The Murano Grande Miami Beach location is prime real estate in the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach is located beside Monty’s South Beach and in front of the Miami Beach Marina.

Capri South Beach

Capri South Beach is located in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach.  It is located just north of the The Flamingo Towers and is just south of the Venetian Island Bridge.

It was opened in 2008 and is now recognized as one of the premier boutique South Beach luxury condos.   The Capri condos Miami Beach feature three different buildings and just around 70 residences.

One of the best features about Capri South Beach are the westerly views.   Located directly on Biscayne Bay, many of the units feature views of the bay, the islands and the Downtown Miami skyline.  The sunset is out of this world.

Capri South Beach is situated on the edge of Biscayne Bay and down a cul-de-sace off of Bay Road.  The building’s amenities feature a swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, security, gym, 500 foot  bay walk with a resident only marina and boat slips.

The units at Capri South Beach offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences and the units are super luxurious featuring high end finishes and quality.   The residences feature top-of-the-line appliances, Poggenpohl cabinetry, quartz counter-tops, travertine floors and wine coolers.  The units also feature over-sized balconies and some of the Penthouse units have large outside terraces that are large enough and have summer kitchens built into the terraces.

Capri South Beach is located in three different buildings off of 16th street and Lincoln Terrace in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach.    Stepping out of the building you can walk to Lincoln Road, Starbucks, Compass Market, Epicure, Ace Hardware, the Lincoln Road movie theater and many other little local shops and night venues.

The Capri South Beach condo is in the same area as The Flamingo Towers & The Waverly.
