Downtown Miami Condos: Marina Blue views

Yesterday I showing properties in Marina Blue in Downtown Miami. In Miami, if it’s not sunny outside, the pictures never do the units justice.  Yesterday, it was really nice out and I took what I think are pretty good features of views from this building.

These pictures are from a corner 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit on the 01 line.  I can only imagine what this view looks like at night when the city lights up.

The picture below is of the living room space.  It faces south and has both east and west views.  What you are looking at directly from this picture is a view of Downtown Miami and a little further south Brickell. Just to the tips of the buildings beyond is the bay.

This is also a view from the living room at Marina Blue.  Just a look beyond the floor to ceiling glass windows.

For me this is one of the “TA DA” shots.  This is the view off the east side balcony.  To the far left is MacArthur Causeway.  The tip tops of the buildings that you see in the far left is South Beach.  In the middle the big plot of land with bridges going to it is The Port of Miami and right in front of that the building with the airplane is American Airlines Arena.

This is the same balcony as above.  The view is of Downtown Miami, Bayside, Biscayne Bay and more….  love this one.  (yes, it’s a little cheesy how it expands across my sidebars, but who cares?  I wanted to show the full view….get the point?)
