Icon South Beach is a high end luxury condo in Miami Beach and is located in the  South of Fifth area.  It’s popular because of it’s location and the designer of the building, Phillipe Starck.

Although the ICON South Beach was built in 2005, it is still impressive and luxurious today. The property is managed very well and is maintained excellent to the smallest detail. Upon entering the building, you will notice the Phillip Starck design by the grand lobby entrance. The ICON South Beach amenities include an infinity edged pool, party room, state of the art Fitness Center, Spa, Pool bar and Grill. Also it is a pet friendly South Beach neighborhood . Miami Beach Marina is located behind the building, and Murano Grande South Beachis right beside the ICON.

The units at the ICON South Beachare all different inside as the individual owners had to finish out the units after they were purchased (kitchens and bathrooms are standard unless they were upgraded they owners).

ICON floor plans feature different number of bedrooms and layouts. The units, depending on their location, feature views of the city of South Beach, the Ocean, Biscayne Bay and Miami city skyline.
