I would like to add a few more:<br>(1) Condo docs and budgets need to be posted online yesterday. Lack of information is never a good thing if you're trying to attract buyers.<br>(2) There is no excuse for posting wrong pictures with a listing. Generic views from the roof or some other unit are not a good substitute.<br>(3) No excuse for posting HOA fees from a few years ago, or leaving it blank.
