Also this search was completed via building name and some agents enter names differently so there could be more units listed but not found based on this criteria.

Roney Palace located at 2301 Collins Avenue has 10 pending sales.
Sunset Harbour located at 1800 Sunset Harbour Drive has 5 pending sales.
The Ambassador located at 1000 Meridian Avenue has 8 pending sales.
Carriage House Condo located at 5401 Collins has 7 pending sales.
The Collins located at 6917 Collins Avenue has 10 pending sales.

Over the last 90 days there were 382 condos sold in Miami Beach
The most expensive condo that sold was in the Continuum I located in the South of Fifth neighborhood at 100 South Pointe Drive. It was a five bedroom, seven and half bath unit for $9.9 million. In fact Continuum I & Continuum II had 11 closings over the last 90 days.
The Decoplage located at 100 Lincoln Road had 7 closings over the last 90 days from $162,000 for a studio up to $600,000 for a 2/2.5.
Other notables for their impressive number of closings (must have at least 5): The Flamingo South Beach, Burleigh House, Mirador, Murano Grande, Roney Palace, Sunset Harbour, The Courts, The Floridian.
According to the MLS out of the 382 properties that sold, 276 closed with cash. Cash is KING!!
