Neo Vertika is located a couple of blocks west of Brickell and is within walking distance of most of the Brickell Area. It borders the Miami River and SW 7 Street. It is also close to the Metro Mover. Mary Brickell Village is within walking distance and has a Publix, Starbucks, PF Changs, Oceanaire and more. Speaking of Publix (a grocery store) there are at least 3 Publix grocery stores within a couple of blocks of Neo Vertika. In addition to the Mary Brickell Village area, there are also a dozen or so of Mom and Pop restaurants, cafes and bars in this area. One of the added bonuses of Neo Vertika is that if you have friends visit and they do not want to use valet, there is metered parking right outside the building. Pretty much anything you need, is close to this building……. other than the beach which is a quick ride across the Causeway.

This used to be my favorite project.. I advertised it forever, sold what we thought was a great deal in 06, and then watched values tank right after with new 2009 (excellent) values most anyone can afford. Cool features both inside & out and some amazing lofts on right the river!
