South Beach is a neighborhood of Miami Beach.

In terms of geography, South Beach is from approximately 23rd Street to 1st Street and from Biscayne Bay to the Ocean. South Beach is a very unique neighborhood of Miami Beach and is often described as the sixth borough of New York because of the lifestyle, culture and pedestrian friendly environment.

South Beach has a very “organic feel” meaning the city has evolved over time.

The main hub of South Beach is Lincoln Road.  Lincoln Road is where tourists and locals collide and is the center of the city with shops, restaurants, a movie theater and pretty much the main action of the beach.  Every other Sunday we have a farmer’s market and Sundays are the main days for Lincoln Road, however it’s always busy.

Lincoln Road has a very European side walk cafe feel as most of the time throughout the year you will find people engaging in conversation while drinking coffee or sipping on a glass of champagne. It’s jammed packed full of different people from all over the world. It’s a destination, a scene, lots of shopping, restaurants and one of the really true pedestrian areas of Miami or really Miami Beach. Plus it features the infamous beach. It’s truly a very mini city within itself.
