Today I was The Floridian showing properties for rent and sale. My client was most interested in a bank owned property that is listed at $294,500. Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect since a lot of bank owned properties tend to be a little neglected but I have to admit that with a few cosmetic touches, this property was in pretty great shape.
It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, 1078 square feet, on the 16th floor facing west, which of course equals fabulous views of Biscayne Bay, Star Island, Port of Miami, Fisher Island and Downtown/Midtown Miami. The monthly maintenance is $956. It comes with 1 assigned parking space. The building has a gym, two pools, concierge, valet service, security and a little convenience store. The property management is on-site.
The unit has only been on the market since 1/09/09 and already has multiple offers.
