Becoming a First Time Landlord in Brickell, South Beach & Midtown Miami

Quantum on the Bay's Lobby

Today many new condo owners in Miami and Miami Beach are deciding to rent out their units.  Depending on how you purchased the unit, it may be  “a little” unfinished or “a lot” unfinished.  In any case if you are going to rent out your property don’t forget the essentials for your new tenant.   There is nothing worse than waiting to the last minute to find a contractor or vendor to install blinds and lighting fixtures prior to a move in deadline.

Items your new tenant will probably request:

1.  Blinds or some type of basic window treatments.

2.  Lighting fixture covers.

3.  Finished closets.

4.  In the bathroom:  Toilet Paper holders, Towel Bars
