I have a few buyers that I am working with right now that are just not ready to pull the trigger. That’s fine. Typically I get their permission to set them up on an automatic MLS search to keep them informed of what’s going on within their buying criteria.
“Jamey what is an automatic MLS search?”
Inside of my Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database I have the capability to search by a very specific criteria based on what you tell me you are interested in purchasing. From there I can send you updates when new properties come on the market, go under contract or are sold. It’s a really great way to keep track of what’s going on within your very specific criteria.

Let’s say you want to purchase a property in Quantum on the Bay but you have a few issues to tie up before you can make the commitment. You call me and tell me that you are interested in Quantum on the Bay, a two bedroom/two bath unit facing east. Next I will go into my database, enter your criteria and send you all of the listings that match. From there if you are on the automatic search I can add Pending Sales and Closed Sales. In the future, you will get all of the listings that match as soon as they are new, pending or closed.
Sound good? Let me know and I will be happy to set you on an automatic MLS search today (or tomorrow).
