Pet Rules & Regulations for condos in the Biscayne Corridor & Midtown Miami areas of Miami

by Jamey on January 20, 2009

In Miami and Miami Beach, finding a rental with two larger dogs is definitely a challenge.  Plus the pet rules for renters are completely different than for owners.  Not only must you obey the building’s rules, you also have to clarify if the individual owner will allow pets.

Although the pet rules and regulations for buildings change all of time, I was calling around and inquiring for a  rental customer who has two larger dogs.

Please note that these rules are for renters, I was not calling for an owner.

Marina Blue:  Maximum 2 pets and in combination cannot weigh more than 45lbs.
Blue:  Renters are not allowed pets.  (New rules)
Platinum:  Up to 20lbs. per unit
1800 Club:  No pets for renters
Opera:  $500 refundable pet fee, $50 additional pet fee per month.  Pets cannot be more than 40lbs.

Currently it seems that Midtown Miami and Quantum are two of the most pet friendly buildings in this area.

Do you know of any other restrictions or pet friendly buildings?  Let me know:  jprezzi@atlanticbb.net
