Marquis Condo Miami is one of the newest luxury condos located in Downtown Miami. It’s the largest building just south off the causeway. I have to tell you, in terms of Miami luxury condos for sale, I am in love with Marquis Miami.
There is always a big hoopla surrounding new buildings in Downtown Miami and often agents are swooned by the same song and dance. Something is different with this building. From the quality of the finishes to the service of the staff, Marquis Condo Miami is right on.
My partner showed the building to a client of ours last week and all of them loved the property. I have been back twice and keep finding new things I like about the building. Tomorrow my brokerage has a breakfast there and I am sure I will learn even more.
In the mean time I wanted to share some pictures with you that I took of the property. The developer’s team sent us more information and floor plans this morning which I will be uploading over this week.
In terms of setting a presence Marquis Condo Miami ‘s staff is top notch!
Service is one thing that many local high end luxury condos in Miami and Miami Beach get wrong. It’s my biggest gripe! If you know me and spend any amount of time with me at some point you will hear me complaining about this. I have a really strong background in the high end luxury hospitality business and I can tell you one thing Miami is unfortunately not known for….. high end service.
Let me tell you where the Marquis Condo Miami gets it right. REALLY GOOD customer service. That’s right my friends. Super nice valet that run out to the car opening both doors. A friendly greeting by all of the people at the front desk and when you are escorted throughout the property, friendly greeters and service a long the way. In my book that goes a long way.
